The green and the gold

The golden wheat is harvested by hand using a small sickle
It is then gathered into small bundles and left to dry in the sun
before being piled into a haystack and then threshed when required. Most Moroccan bread looks like a small,  flat, round loaf which hasn't risen.
Now we are in the less hostile Midi Atlas Mountains. The scenery is very attractive as we cruise along good roads, with time to look about.

In the villages, everyone hangs their carpets out of the windows to give them a good airing and beating! Not much further to go  and we will be at Camping Zebra.
